Okay, so I've been missing in action again. No excuses, just can't keep up with it all. I'm so sad to see I've lost quite a few follows but I know I deserve it. I keep trying and saying I'm going to make it in BlogLand, I really love it :) I really don't know how so many of you manage blogging every day and I'm sure most of you have so much more on your plate.

I love post pictures and sharing, I love reading the comments, I love reading other blogs.....I just don't know what to say except I'm sorry. Sometimes I be at someones blog really enjoying it, leave and think, oh my goodness, you forgot to leave a comment. I really want to be here. I wish there was more time in the day.

I was planning on having a wonderful giveaway for Christmas and again time is getting away from me. I use to be a real organized person, but not anymore, and it's something I fight with on a daily basis.

Would love to have some of you share any tips you might have for me to be a better blogger.

Hopefully, I'll be back tomorrow.....hope eveyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

CUPCAKES! YUM

Hi everyone! Yesterday I had my 4 yr. old grandson Caleb and we baked cupcakes! He tried frosting them but to my surprise didn't like it! So he just did the decorating but wow, did I have to watch that! I think the whole container would have been on the 1st cupcake, lol!

We have him every Tuesday and he's such a joy! Thought I'd show ya a couple of pics!
I love Wednesday's, it's $1.00 taco night at "Fairways" and we go every Wednesday night, yum!!! Have a wonderful week! candice♥

Fall Up North!

Hi everyone! Here's some picture from our recent visit to Mackinaw City, Michigan!
Seemed every time we turned around there was a fudge shop, lol! We had a wonderful time with friends and went over to the Island. I'll post pics of the Island tomorrow!

I really have a lot to blog about so I just need to get better with this! I think I need to post some pics of my grandchildren. Have a wonderful week and hopefully I'll be back in a couple of days!

Cottage On The River

Today we went to a huge event in a small town about 1/2 hour away from our home. It was a beautiful sunny day but the air was crisp and cool! About 53 degrees! What ever happened to our "Indian Summer"? I think we missed it recently when we were in Georgia. Right now as I'm typing this our late news is on and he's talking snow flakes tomorrow, yikes!

So this big event we went to is called the "AppleButter Fest" and it's in GrandRapids, Ohio. A whole lotta people turn out for this every year! I'll post picture's of it tomorrow because what I really want to post is about my good friend Karen's Shop which is right in the town where this is held! It's called Cottage On The River and it's just the cutest shop, I love it. There's a river that runs behind it with a gorgeous view! My friend and her daughter Erika own and run the shop. They also carry my jewelry.

So right now I'm going to post pictures of their beautiful shop and hope you enjoy! Of coarse I have to post a picture of Karen and Erika!

And I can't wait till it's decorated for Christmas, it's the most gorgeous place to be! I'll be sure and get pictures to post when they have their Christmas Open House :) One year I even helped decorate,hmmm, maybe they need help again!

YUM! APPLE PIE TODAY!

Hot out of the oven and on the menu today, Apple Pie! The steam was still rising when I took these pictures, lol!

I'm having my daughter, my son-in-law and 2 grandchildren for dinner today and on the menu is Lasagna, Olive Garden Bread Sticks and Apple Pie! Yum! We were recently in Georgia and missed both my daughter and son in laws birthdays :( So I'm making up for it!

Here's my recipe for Old Fashion Apple Pie!

1 cup sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 4 tablespoons flour and a dash of salt.
6 cups apples ( I use equal of Granny Smith, McIntosh and Jonathon apples)
2 T butter
Pillsbury Pie Crust ( I use to always make my crust from scratch, but Pillsbury has made it too easy)

Combine sugar,cinnamon, flour and salt. Add this to your sliced apples and toss lightly. Pour into pie plate and dot with butter. Make slits on top of crust.

Bake at 425 for 40-50 minutes. (I love mixing these 3 kinds of apples together)

Lisa of "sunflowerexpress" on Etsy custom made this felt bracelet for me and it's so cute I need to share it with you! I asked for white and off white in color, and I love the vintage buttons she sewed on it! Her hand work is exceptional!

I just went to her shop and she has some adorable ornaments I hearted for a future purchase :)

I'm Back!

Hi Everyone! I'm trying to turn over a new leaf and be a better blogger! I love it but am having a lot of trouble managing everything in my life. Like I'm back from vacation and have sooo much to do. Hubby says "just pick one thing", but when there's a million things how do you pick just one???

I downloaded 368 vacation pics this morning, took pictures of a new bracelet and listed it on Etsy for starters! With the wonderful items I found while in GA I have so many designs swirling in my head, I want so much to just go upstairs to my studio and just design but...... There's unpacking and laundry that go hand in hand with vacation :( I have so much catching up to do with you all, wonderful purchases on etsy I've made I want to share, vacation pictures, but they will have to wait a little!

Here's a couple of pics of my sweet grandchildren in Georgia! Hailey just turned 11 and Alex turned 6 while we were there! Oh, and a pic of my new bracelet just listed this morning!

My Grandson and 7 Week Old Tiger

Hubby and I had our 4 yr. old grandson Caleb all day while Mom and Dad took his sister to college. Yes, you heard right....my beautiful daughter has an 18 yr. old and a 4 yr. old!!! YIKES! So we took him to have an upclose experience playing with a 7 week old tiger. I LOVE this picture!

It cost $30 for the 3 of us to go in with the tiger for 8 minutes and it was so worth it!

I'll try and not make up a ton of excuses as to where I've been...I really do love blogging and always have something to tell you all or share with you! I have always been a pretty organized person all my life, everything in order neat and tidy. So where in the world did that person go???????

I retired last year and everything has fallen apart at the seams :( I've thrown myself into promoting my Etsy shop so I'm constantly designing, making messes, cleaning up my messes, taking pictures, on the computer, cleaning up more messes, trying to get organized, yikes, my life has changed so much in the past year. And of coarse at this time of the year I have shows to get ready for, stores want my jewelry, I just don't know how ya all do it? I feel constantly under preasure for one thing or another I just don't know what to do? I love visiting and reading other blogs, it's not that I don't want to visit, I'm just trying to figure out how to do it all.....any ideas or suggestions on how you manage all this in your daily lives I sure would love to hear! I'm so frustrated and I think hubby is wondering where the old "candice" is???

Okay....now that I've shared some feelings, we just got back from a 3 day trip to Chicago! I've never been there...do ya believe that! I've been to Hawaii but not Chicago. So here's a few pictures to share, and maybe a new piece of jewelry too!

A Fantastic Summer Sweet!

I know summer is fading fast but I just found this recipe and wanted to share it with all my blogging friends! It's sooo delicious, yum, or as Rachel Ray would say....YUMO! Wish I had a beautiful picture for you....I should have asked my friend Kathi, doesn't she find the most gorgeous pictures!

SWEET FRUIT SALSA:
1 pt. fresh strawberries
4 Kiwi's
1 mango
1 apple
2 nectarines

Cut up all the fruit and then put in your food processor with sugar to taste. (you'll have to just add to your taste) PULSATE only till chopped into tiny pieces.

Dip with "cinnamento" chips! When I recieved this recipe the only place I could find these chips were at Meijer Grocery Stores, but I'm sure they're out in other brands by now!

This is sooo delicious, it's a must try :) Have a sunny Sunday!

Grandaughter and Vintage

Does this book look familiar to anyone? I bought this when my 1st grandchild
(grandaughter) was born and read it to her all the time, we both loved "Old Bear"! I just found it in the little girls room upstairs and it sure brings back a lot of memories as this grandaughter is now 18 and graduated this yr. It has a "little bear" with it but have not found it yet, but I will. So this book has 2 more years to go and it's VINTAGE! And don't we just love vintage.

I wanted to share some of the pictures with you as this book means a lot to me.

Just to let you know we're leaving for vacation in the morning and hubby's bringing his laptop so I'm hoping to have time to check in from time to time.

So Excited My Followers Are Back!

Found, Lost, then Found Again

Hi everyone! I've missed blogging but I'm back with what I think is a funny story with a sweet ending!

I made this charm necklace the other day and needed to take pictures to list it on Etsy! So I gathered the necklace which is a "beach theme" piece so I thought I'd grab a couple of my very favorite shells I found when we were in Siesta Key Beach in March. I have a stand (from Ikea) about waist high with a really neat 3 step display I use for taking my pics of jewelry on. So I head outside with necklace, camera, stand, display and shells which MOST people would have used 2 trips to do but no, I've got to try and carry it all in one trip! Well, BIG mistake! I got out the door and when I put the stand down the littlest shell you see in the picture fell to the deck and wouldn't you know....right between the boards under the deck! Oh I wanted to cry! My little 4 yr. old grandson was there, "grammie, whats the matter?" He's trying to look below between the boards to find it, hubby comes out and says it's gone for good! Saw the look on my face and said, "what do you think I'm going to do, tear up the deck to get that shell? I said, Please do!

I know, this is a long story....but he went to the garage, came out with one of those old folding wooden measuring thingys with duck tape stuck on the end. Stuck it down between the boards and came up with my precious shell!!! Yippee!

I'm telling you this is the most cutest, tiny and perfect shell I've ever found. So this is my "found, Lost, then Found again story! Hope you enjoyed it!

I've been looking at Dawn's Tutorial's (the feathered nest)for some time and finally purchased one and I LOVE it! If you've been on the fence on ordering one, go for it, they are wonderful!!! The directions are wonderful and the images I recieved are the most gorgeous I've seen! Next time I see one I'd like I won't think twice, especially for the price ($10) it's a steal ;)

So thank you Dawn, I'm one happy customer! Now to just find the time cause you all know, there's just not enough time in the day to create everything we'd like!

Art In The Garden Show

Okay, now that I have my Blog back like it was, wow, that was scary!
I'd like to mention that this is an awesome show for me! I've been in it for about 5 yrs. and it's one of my favorites! Robin Crego and her husband own the shop in the front called "Garden Delights" and it is DELIGHTFUL! Just jam packed with everything for your garden. The one picture is one of their garden items I had to have! They do an awesome job putting this show on and ALL the profits go to the
"American Cancer Society's", "Relay For Life"! Wish you could all come as it's just a delightful setting for a summer show!

Look What I Found!

I have found and purchased from this shop and decided I MUST share it with my friends! Her name is Rhonda from "Parisgal56" and I've found some of the cutest creations there. I could buy everything! I've had wonderful convo's with her and am so excited to have found her on Etsy! So I just made my second purchase and have to share with you what came in the mail! The attention to every little detail such as glitter applied to the sweet pictures in just the perfect places! The little wire basket is just adorable, so cute I went back and bought a second one ;) and the cute little bottle with with a french message...love it! I've purchased her cute drawstring bags with a stamp on them and love them too!

Hi everyone! Changing my Blog name and I have a new Banner/background! So excited! Hope you all like it. I know I haven't been a very good blogger lately and I really have so many things to tell ya and talk about! I'm really a gabby person, lol. I've been so busy getting ready for 2 upcoming shows, I'm usually very busy at my shows so I need to be super organized right down to the very last detail. My daughter and a friend help me at my shows and so I'm constantly trying to improve so everything flows smoothly for them and myself!

Our little Maggie has been sick and needs to have surgery Friday. We've been worried about her, here's a cute picture of her!

So sorry I haven't been posting much....it's that time of year for art shows and so much to do! Will I ever learn how to manage my time more wisely!

So taking some pictures of jewelry this morning I wondered out into the yard, took some pictures and thought I'd share. We have really strange weather today, very humid and warm, sun in, sun out, a little rain but some storms are on the horizon ;( That's my little Maggie, guess she either wanted to smell some flowers or wanted in the picture!

French Custard Morning Squares

2 8oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg separated
2 8oz cans cresant dinner rolls
powdered sugar
Pre-heat 350

Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk in medium bowl at med. speed until well blended. Place 1/2 the dough (1 can) in
a 9 x 13 dish. Press perferations together to seal and bake 10 min. Then drop cream cheese mixture the top of crust, place remaining dough (2nd can) on waxed paper and roll till you have about 9 x 13 size. Invert dough on top and then brush with beaten egg white. Bake 20-25 min. or until brown, cool and then dust with powdered sugar!

I serve this when we have the breakfast I posted above. We love this, hope you do too!

ANGEL PUFF BREAKFAST

RECIPE: Angel Puff Breakfast

FROM: The SnowBird Inn

1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

12 eggs

1/2 lb. shredded Montery Jack cheese

1/2 cup melted butter (yikes!)

1/2 cup flour

1 pt. small curd cottage cheese

Pre-heat oven 350

Beat eggs till light and fluffy then add remaining ingredients and stir gently till blended.

Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish and bake 30 minutes

For a variety try adding 1/2 lb. cooked ham, bacon, sausage or fresh brocolli.

* I add sausage (Bob Evans) and fresh brocolli (I put the brocolli in the microwave till tender) Our family loves this dish especially on Christmas morning! ENJOY!!!!

I MUST CONFESS A COUPLE OF THINGS....I didn't not have hubby buy the Montery Jack cheese so I substituted Muenster cheese and it was delicious! So I guess add what ever cheese you love♥ ALSO....I thought I had butter but didn't so I used "smart balance 50/50 butter blend and it was still delicious!

Okay, so I made our breakfast this morning and took some pictures of it...but you'll have to wait till tomorrow for the recipes. I'm also making something else today that I usually make with this breakfast recipe and it's something sweet! So be sure and check in tomorrow for these wonderful recipes from "the snowbird inn" bed and breakfast way up in Northern Michigan. We had a wonderful stay there and a fabulous breakfast I just have to share with you!

The other pictures is a beautiful wreath I had special made and I love how it turned out. After I paid for it I thought how I could have saved myself some money and made one myself.....but besides being very busy with upcoming shows I am NOT a floral designer! I may have mentioned in another post earlier on I saw this frame idea online (maybe Flickr) and of coarse the wreath gets changed with the seasons.

Benches in my Town

Okay, so I shouldn't be blogging today as I've been a little down lately except for yesterday was wonderful with my daughter! So hubby and I went downtown so I could get some pictures of all the benches! Well this helped cheer me up! Several months ago they said you could buy a bench and design and paint a theme on it. I thought, hmmm, I'd love to do that! Well, those benches cost $450 each! So I said "okay, we'll pass on that idea", lol!

They made their debut Thursday night in our lovely downtown Sylvania! Now, most are already sold but you can purchase one and the bid starts at $450.

They are all just beautiful and are lining the shops in downtown until May 17th. Some of them were done by children in their art class. There is one that is just unbelieveable, the back of it is like 3 D and completely stole the show! I took several pics of the back and may have forgotton to snap a shot of the front, lol!

Oh my, it's what I wish for every year! That is that the "sweet woodruff" in my yard wood just flourish and take over the entire yard, lol! Well, it has, and if any of you have any you know that any given year you may have a lot, you may have a ton or it can be scarce. Now in my front yard it's scarce :(

Sweet Woodruff travels around, one year you may have a bunch in one spot and the next it's like "where'd it go"? I've given my neighbor a lot over the years and she's still not use to this come and go attitude it has! In fact if I don't have much you'll find me peeking over her fence to see what she's got, lol!

When it first comes in the spring it has tiny little clusters of flowers like right now and then all summer into fall it's just lush foilage. Oh and I may add it only like shade!

FLOWERS & PROM NIGHT

Enjoy! We went to Crosby Garden's last night to take pictures of my grandaughter's senior prom and I couldn't help but take some picture's of the flowers! It's so beautiful there. My son got married there in a gazebo on a bridge built over a pond, and it's where one of the largest outdoor shows is held every June which draw artisans from all over the US. It's a 2 day show with a Friday night preview show I believe costs $100 per person to attend! Yikes! (I hear they spend alot at that preview party)

Okay, so about a month ago I recieved a email from a company that puts out vacation guides! They had grabbed one of my pictures I posted on Flickr of our vacation to Florida last month. They said it was being considered for "inclusion" in their guide. Well they needed my permission of coarse and after much reading I agreed. I then recieved an email saying they'd let me know if my picture was chosen! Just got that notification and it made it, yippee!

No, I don't get any money but my name is under the photo. So if you look to the right I've downloaded the widget on my sidebar. You can see my picture (candice clark).

I'm no photographer but I am proud of this as this picture was taken by me from the back seat as hubby was going down the road about 35 mph, lol!

I was just surfing around Etsy yesterday and oh my gosh....my eyes were probably bulging when I layed eyes on this shop! Take a look at these beauties! Have you ever seen cookies look this awesome! I'm sure glad I don't bake em' cause they'd never make it to my shop for sale, lol! I can't wait to buy some and from some of the comments in Kelli's announcement in her shop sounds like they taste as good as they look! I have so many things lined up I want to blog about but decided today's the day to wish you all a "Happy Easter"!

This is a picture of a couple of sweet bunnies I've had for quite a few years. They are really adorable and I wanted to share them with you!

A picture of some beautiful eggs my Mother in Law made me about 25 years ago. She did so many different crafts it would take me all day to tell you about them! But aren't they beautiful, they just sparkle!

I love this Easter basket! I am so proud to say I made it! I took basket making classes about 25 years ago and this is one of several. I even hand painted the bunnies all the way around on it. My girlfriend also made this basket and had me paint bunnies on hers. Some day I'll show you more of them because I am very proud of each and every one. Also made another basket and pinted cherries around it, so cute. I haven't made one in years so I've probably forgotten everything I learned.

(not happy with this layout but I just can't figure how to do what I want, this is the 4th try)

Iam soooo excited! I finally found my copy of the new Somerset MARIE! It only took 5 million trips to the book store, grrrrr! Was to hit the news stands on April 1st so I'd say this part of the woods I live in is a little behind! Seriously I've gone everyday and walked away with such disappointment :( They even tried to tell me at Border's it wasn't out yet when many have been posting their (store bought) copies on their blogs! I'm going to be in 2 Fall issues and you better believe I will be ordering those online right from Stampington!!

Sorry, just a little rant going on here! I have them in my hands right now so I'm so happy! Now, if I ever learn how to post on here I'll really be happy! Okay, so I've been fooling around in Picnik again when I really need to be at the design table! SOLAR LIGHTS

Wanted to show you all these delightful solar lights we found at Cosco last weekend. Four came in a box for $27.95, 2 Sun style and 2 Moon style in an antique copper finish. They are awesome and look so pretty at night in our flower bed around the deck. The fun part about them is they actually change colors at night! Red, blue, green, such a spectacular display of color! I wanted to share this with you because I thought the price was great for the enjoyment we are getting from them. We have been leaving our familyroom bay window open at night to enjoy the color show.

I've been working hard in my studio room, so much to do with all the shows I have coming up. Most are juried so besides making that big decision on what to design, there's getting the perfect pictures taken too!

Here are just a few new items I'll be listing in my Etsy shop in the next few days. One of my torch fused and hammered fine silver circles with a pink vintage crystal. Then something a little different for me, my handmade oxidized earwires with sweet little vintage crystals. And I mean different because I don't oxidize very often. So when you leave a comment I'd love to hear your preference on shiny sterling silver or oxidized. Lastly is an oxidized rolo chain again with my handmade clasp and a beautiful checkerboard vintage crystal from the 1940's. Love that vintage crystal, just can't get enough of it.

Here's another Target buy yesterday! A new birdfeed, we need to replace a few on our tree type hanger in our back yard and I just loved this one. And it was on clearance for $18.93, so I thought it's a good start at replacing them!

I still feel pretty new to the blogging world and wonder how did I ever managed without it! I love posting about things in my life and I love reading other blogs. Thought I'd share one of my new designs I just listed yesterday in my Etsy shop! It's a beautiful black shiney gem called a "hypersten stone. I wrapped a beautiful brass dragonfly around it and attached a white flower on it's back as if it's carrying the flower away!

I've always seen these cute collages that others make with Picnik but have never been able to, probably because I don't take enough time OR have enough patience to learn! Well.....here's my first collage and I hope to just improve from now on! I want so bad to buy the premium upgrade to Picnik but I just had to purchase an upgrade to Flickr, so I'll have to wait! I'M BACK FROM VACATION

Well, I'm back from vacationing in Florida and even though it was a beautiful warm, sunny week in Siesta Key it's always good to be back home! We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful week of warm and sunny weather, 83 t0 86 all week!

That's me doing what I do best on the beach, hunting down the most beautiful shells and boy did I find a lot.....including that "sea urchin"! There were tons of them every day washed up on the beach, so happy I found one that wasn't alive and could be taken home. I have some really gorgeous shells I will be showing you in the coming days, so stay tuned. Sunset on Siesta Key Beach was just beautiful and we made sure we were back home from dinner to enjoy it every night.

Our first night there we saw something that I never want to see again. I haven't decided if I want or should share with everyone. I will make my decision after I talk with my friend Kathi of "care to bead".

I have so much to do just getting back so stay tuned for more pics! One of the first things on my agenda today is to go buy that sweet caddy that Dawn from "the feathered nest" put on her blog and her new Walmart find, lot's of beads will go in it, I think I need 2! Now you'd think I'd be cleaning, doing lot's of laundry, grocery store and so on.......but I couldn't wait to get home and buy those 2 items because I so need to do more organizing of my studio!

My Last Post For A Week

One last post before I leave for Florida! I'm going to try and post once or twice on hubby's lap top but we'll see! It's new but loading on it is horrible, guess I have no patience.

So here's a picture in my son's front yard in GEORGIA......yes you heard right, Georgia. They were all so excited to get this much snow, at one time he measured 6 inches and it was still coming down hard. They had been disappointed they didn't make it back here to Ohio to have some fun in the snow. Well......looks like the kids had their fun and Bailey too!

My Favorite Mug!

I have a lot of postings that I want to do on my blog but it's hard to concentrate right now because we are leaving for a trip to Florida this Friday March 6th! Yea! Warmer weather will be so awesome as we've had a long snowy winter here in Ohio! I'm probably not going to be blogging while I'm away but please don't forget me! I will return on Monday March 16th.

Also, my Lollishop and my Etsy shop will be open but I will not be able to send anything out until I return on Monday the 16th.

So today I thought I'd share one of my favorite morning things with you and that's having my coffee in my favorite mug! I love this mug! I purchased it about a year ago at TJ Maxx (love that store) and every time my husband washes it I pray he doesn't break it. It's just so old fashion and reminds me how when I was growing up I used to eat Rice Krispies and toast and peanut Butter almost every morning!

It's bright and sunny here today and 44 degrees and I hope you have sunshine too and are having a great day! xoxoxo candy

SNOW IN GEORGIA!

No, I don't live in Georgia but my son does and here's a couple of pictures he sent me! He lives on a golf coarse so that's why the golf carts. Will post a couple more tomorrow of my little Hailey and Alex playing in the snow. They didn't make it here to Ohio this winter and were really missing the snow. Who would have ever thought they'd have their own to play in.

Somerset Studio is out!

So excited! Found out that some of the book stores had the new "Somerset Studio" and I ran right out to get my copy! Went to Barnes and Noble because a friend told me she saw it, went there and ours didn't have it, bummer! But then I went to Border's and they were holding a copy for me. So, as you can see I'm in it and I bought 2 copies, why, I don't know, maybe I'll frame one! I'll also be in "Where Women Create and Marie Vol.1. So I'll be stalking the stores for those copies too, haha!

Attic Findings!

So my hubby decided it's time to see what we've been hoarding in the attic all these years, haha! Well, his findings brought on some real emotions, these little smurfs were my kids and I'm not going to tell you how old my kids are but believe me when I say these ARE vintage, lol!

My New Earrings Arrived!

My new earrings arrived today in the mail! I love them! Thank you Kathi! They are "vintage cotton pearls" made in Japan in the 1940's. They have the most beautiful pearl finish I've ever seen on a pearl. If you want to know more about them check out her blog.

I had just posted my new giveaway was coming up as soon as I designed something today......well on second thought, I decided this was going to be my next giveaway! So perfect for Spring and Summer! Here's a few items in my Etsy shop to share with you! The pink beads and all the blue ones are vintage beads. All in limited supply!

Today was going to be a great day for taking pictures! Woke up kinda late this morning, came downstairs and knew I better start taking pics before I finish the newspaper and my coffee. The forecast said it wasn't going to be out all day, so I took some pics of new jewelry I made last night and a few pieces that needed better pics.

All three pieces are listed in my etsy shop!

And by the way, sun keeps going in and out with on and off snow! So it's a good thing I got my picture taking done.

New Items!

New items listed in my shop! Glass pendant with Eiffel Tower image, a beautiful pair of vintage bead earrings with "vintaj" brass bead caps! The vintage lilac opalescent rosebuds are so pretty! And then there's the clear glass vintage beads that I attached "vintaj" brass bead caps and lever back wires.

We have a major snow storm possible, always depends which path it decides to take. We love the snow but I'm anxious for spring and summer. We've had a lot of snow this winter but I am so ready for Spring and Summer as I'm sure you all are!

We are going to Florida in March so I think it's going to be a good day to do a little shopping for some new summer clothes!

My New Necklace!

Thought I'd share one of my new necklaces just listed in my Etsy shop. I came across these vintage crown settings in raw brass and of coarse the first thing I had to do was give them a beautiful brass patina. I then went through my many vintage look images and picked this beautiful flower for my first one. For this one I attached a vintage brass finding with a rhinestone. It hangs on "vintaj" brass chain with my handmade brass clasp. I love this and hope you do too!
